Based on the discussion at this weeks A4 group meeting I have attached some useful links below for training plans. All of this information is directly from the British Cycling website so is readily available to all for free. You can also downlaod digital copies of these plans into the Training Peaks App which will sync up with your Garmin files. As per the website it is advisable that you complete a Threshold Test (attached) so that you can accurately set your heart zones which are then used for all of the training plans. There's way too much detail for me to mention in this post so use the links to explore the detail - personally I think the Foundation plan is a good early off season base plan and then you can use the advanced and specific discipline plans for the mid/late off season training.
